EEX Customer Information - Launch of EEX Group Touchpoint & Decommissioning of Cleartech, Japanese Power Portal and KB Tech Portals

    Dear Trading Participants, 

    On 12th September EEX Group will launch a new web-based software application to facilitate trade registration at EEX Markets, EEX Group Touchpoint. Touchpoint will be operated as an stand-one software by EEX Asia Pte Ltd and will cover all EEX asset classes. The existing Cleartech Portal (freight), Japanese Power Portal (Japanese power) and the KB Tech Portal (emissions, power, gas) will be migrated into Touchpoint and will no longer be operational after this date.

    All static data covering Clearing Members, NCMs, Brokers and Indirect Clients and the relationships between them contained within the Cleartech, Japanese Power and KB Tech portals will be migrated to Touchpoint. All existing risk limits will also be transferred to the new platform.

    Implications for Clients 

    From 12th September onwards, all enquiries, service and support for members using Touchpoint will be handled by EEX Asia Touchpoint team.

    Ahead of the migration, EEX Asia market operations will contact all Clearing Members using one of the current portals with information on the static data for their clients that will be migrated to the new system.

    On 12th September all users will need to log in to Touchpoint, existing user credentials will be maintained but a password reset for all will be required.
