EEX AG will amend its General Conditions applicable to the EEX Group DataSource Product (hereafter General Conditions) and Remuneration structure. Both, the revised General Conditions and Remuneration, will be applicable to new subscritptions as of 01 November 2023 and to all existing contracts and subscriptions as of 01 January 2024
The adjustment of our Remuneration structure reflects the expansion of the EEX Group in terms of products offered, market areas covered, and the increased value of the information provided. It applies to clients who subscribed to products with Internal Usage rights.
The new General Conditions and the new EEX price list (under Section 4.8, "EEX Group DataSource") can be found on the EEX Website:
We would like to draw your attention on the Section 4.1.2.4 on Reporting. As a reminder, all customers must report their EEX Group DataSource Product Usage to EEX AG. Should the report not be provided until end of August every year, EEX AG is entitled to collect a fee or to amend the Remuneration in its own discretion.
The Report Data Usage form will be sent to all customers several weeks before the deadline of August 31st.
As a Reminder, any changes in our General Conditions or Remuneration entitle our customers of an extraordinary termination right. Should you wish to terminate your EEX Group DataSource Subscription(s), you may do so by login in to your webshop account, go to "My Subscriptions" and cancel the respective subscription(s).
We kindly point out that if subscribers do not terminate their subscription within the notice period, they will automatically be extended by one calendar year in accordance with our General Conditions Applicable oo EEX Group Datasource Products.
