Issue description:
- Due to technical difficulties we are experiencing a low performance on the DataSource sFTP Server.
- We are currently investigating several customer reports that report error messages when they try to connect:
Permission denied
Wrong password
Cannot connect/login to ftp - Please note that we performed an update to a new software the past weekend and you have to accept a new RSA key for the sFTP. This was announced in a newsletter on the 16 August 2023.
- This issue is worked on with top priority.
