Dear trading participants,
EEX will adjust the current market making scheme and market maker selection process for French Power Futures. For this purpose, a new market maker scheme has been designed and a tender is rolled out for all trading participants of EEX who wish to make use of this scheme.
The new program combines flexibility for market making under all market conditions with standardisation to ensure equal treatment. For more detailed information please get in touch with your Key Account Manager, who will provide you with further information and the necessary documentation. The rulebook for the tender can be found here. EEX intends to select one market maker according to the rules laid down in the tenderrulebook, conclude the respective contract, and if not yet the case, grant an approval status as market maker.
Trading participants who wish to take part in the new market maker scheme for the EEX French Power Futures are requested to complete the bidding form and submit it to EEX no later than 21 April 2023. EEX reserves the right for plausibility checks of the bidding forms and may exclude a participant from the selection process.
