In line with the Eurex Exchanges’ release cycle, the EEX Derivatives Trading System Eurex T7 will be updated to version 6.1 on 18th June 2018. In the framework of the release, interface changes will take place which are described in more detail in Eurex system documentation. EEX will ensure the compatibility of the supported trading frontends Trayport Joule© and EEX TT Screen. In addition to this, the following enhancements and changes are introduced.
Enhancements for customers connected via Trayport Joule
EEX enables the connection of Trayport Trading Accounts to certain predefined EEX order attributes. Upon order entry, the respective Trayport Trading Account is selected in the Joule screen, which automatically sets predefined values for the following order attributes:
- Text 1
- Text 2 (customer field)
- EEX Trading Account (P1, P2, M1, M2, A1 – A9)
- Open/ Close- Indicator
To activate that feature, please contact technology@eex.com via E mail stating how above mentioned attributes (a selection or all of those) shall be linked to which Trayport Trading Account. The usage of a respectively configured Trayport Trading Account will overrule global configuration you may have set or which comes into force when the mentioned attributes are left blank. Furthermore, following the wish of our customers, Text 2 (customer field) which was used in the past by EEX for a technically entered code will be available for individual use. This EEX related code will be moved to Text 3 (MiOrdNo) in the future. Therefore, this field can´t be utilized via Trayport Joule© any longer. Please note that it won’t be possible any longer to retrieve trade confirmations for trade registrations in additional to a potential confirmation from an electronic broker platform, if applicable.
