Dear Customer,
we would like to inform you that from now on it is possible to obtain a file upload monitoring based on an RSS feed for all EEX market data products which are located on the sFTP server.
The RSS feed will replace the communication via EEX Group DataSource Circular (DSC) for the following Data alerts:
- File publication delays
- File updates
- CSV file content changes
The FTP content monitoring can be accessed via a URL, which contains an individually generated URL token for encryption. The technology is a classic RSS feed, which can be integrated into Outlook or MS Teams. The browser or feed reader apps, such as QuiteRSS, can also control the monitoring.

Impact of the EEX Group DataSource sFTP Monitoring
The sFTP monitoring runs 24/7 and communicates via the RSS feed various uploads and updates of the market data files located on the sFTP server.

Subscribe to the feed
The feed can be subscribed to via our EEX Group Market Data Webshop.
Please subscribe to the RSS Feed under "My News", where you have also subscribed to your EEX Group Data Source Circulars.
Afterwards we will get in touch with you and provide your login data for your personal feed URL.
The feed can be retrieved and updated with a URL. This URL includes a for you created personal token, which should not be communicated to third parties.
Your personal URL is only available for the internal purposes of your institution.
