In a constant effort to increase the value and quality of our products, the EEX Market Data department, in cooperation with EuroWind, is proud to announce the extension of the geographical coverage of energy generation forecast.
As of 1. November, EEX Group will provide forecasts and actual generation* values for
- The Netherlands (new)
- Great Britain (new)
- Germany
- Austria
The forecasts are delivered for Wind Onshore, Wind Offshore and Solar energy and are based on a multi-model methodology with data from ECMWF, ICON, UKMET and GFS. The dataset will be provided via the EEX Group API and via our EEX Group Excel Tool.

*Actual Generation is not available for the Dutch Market Area
Price amendment*
As of 1. January 2022, the following fees will apply for EuroWind data in real time via API and Excel Tool for internal usage:
