In accordance with the EEX Exchange Rules and the Technical Implementation Regulations, exchange participants are obliged to notify EEX when using systems for algorithmic trading. Please fill out EEX form “T11 – Notification of the connection of a system for algorithmic trading to the trading systems of EEX” if you currently use or want to use a system for algorithmic trading at EEX. The obligation to notify EEX about the use or intended use of a system for algorithmic trading applies only to systems which are not distributed by EEX, which are not standard, or which are unknown to EEX. Therefore, trading participants do not need to notify EEX about their use or intended use of the T7 GUI, EEX TT Screen with activated Iceberg order function at maximum or Trayport® Trading GatewaySM via EEX Global Vision PortalSM with activated Iceberg order function at maximum. However, EEX has to be notified about any change that has been or is going to be made to the standard configuration of a system for algorithmic trading by using the above mentioned form, regardless which system is used.
