Issue description:

Due to a system issue our Power option csv files displayed 2 instead of 3 decimals for values that should have 3 decimals. The third decimal place was cut off. For example, our file displayed 2.56 instead of 2.569. The data has been amended and republished accordingly, please reload the affected data .
