The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address stored in your EEX Group Webshop Account by default. If no invoice e-mail address is entered you will receive the PDF-formatted invoice document instead to your login e-mail address based on our records as of 31 March 2020.
Invoice dispatch is scheduled for the end of April 2020.
Your Cooperation Is Required
Please kindly check the EEX Group Webshop Account details to be up to date. For login information please refer to the DataSource Circular dated 25 October 2019.
If required, please provide us with an alternative e-mail address for the 2020 invoice at invoices.datasource@eex-group.com. Please also notify us if you only accept the paper invoice by post. We will try to take any change requests into account in our processes, but cannot guarantee a different approach in the current environment.
