To further strengthen EEX ECarbix robustness, its methodology will be amended starting on 02 January 2024. In this respect, spread trades will be excluded from its calculation.
The EEX ECarbix description on our website will be updated once the new methodology is rolled out.
Please also note that in line with all other EEX indices, aggregated volume of the EEX ECarbix constituents will stop being provided next to EEX ECarbix values as of 02 January 2024.
Historic Data, that is already published is not affected from any changes and remains as is.
