Physical Gas Derivatives

The physically settled EEX Gas Futures can be traded with maturities ranging from monthly, quarterly and seasonal up to several years into the future. The contracts follow our cascading approach.

EEX offers physically delivered gas futures contracts on CEGH CZ VTP, CEGH VTP, ETF, THE, NBP, PEG, PSV, PVB, TTF and ZTP hubs, as well as geographical and time spreads. Clearing and physical settlement, i.e. the nomination with the respective local transmission system operators, are handled by European Commodity Clearing (ECC).
