Action Required - Amendments to General Conditions and Price Structure and Checking of your Personal Data in the Webshop

    EEX AG will amend its General Conditions and price structure applicable to EEX Group Datasource products. Both, the revised General Conditions and prices, will be applicable to new orders as of 01.11.2022 and to all existing internal usage subscriptions as of 01.01.2023.
     
    The adjustment of our price structure reflects the expansion of the EEX Group in terms of products offered, market areas covered, and the increased value of the information provided to you.
     
    The new General Conditions and the new price list (under Section 4.7, "EEX Group DataSource") can be found on the EEX Website:

     
    Please update your account master data
     
    We ask you to check the account details for correctness, in particular:

    • please make sure to provide a valid Value Added Tax identification number (VAT ID number) according to VAT law, if applicable, by e-mail to our Support Team since you are not able to amend this detail yourself on the shop,
    • if necessary please enter/adjust your invoicing email address the PDF-invoice will be sent to and/or

    provide a purchase order number (PO) to be stated on the 2023 invoice.

     

    How to login to your account?
     
    Credentials for amendments to the EEX Group Webshop account details are as follows:

    • Please send an email to our Support Team to request this information if necessary.

     
     Password: [registered password to be self-set/reset]

    You can self-set/reset your password by following "Forgot your password?" when signing in. A link to follow for self-setting/resetting a password will be sent to the registered email address stored. Please note: If you want to change the email address to be accessible for setting the password, please contact us.

     

    Right of termination
     
    If you wish to terminate your EEX Group DataSource subscription(s), please login to your webshop account, go to "My Subscriptions" and cancel the respective subscription(s). We kindly point out that if subscribers do not terminate their subscription within the notice period, they will automatically be extended by one calendar year in accordance with the General Conditions.
