Important: sFTP service ends 30 September 2026. No more EOD data via sFTP. You must migrate to File Cloud until 30 September 2026 for EEX Market Data products.
Dear Customer,
On 29 April 2026, we have introduced our EEX Group DataSource File Cloud, which is going to replace our sFTP server. File Cloud is already available to you, and we would like to remind you that this change requires a technical transition on your part. It is necessary to undergo a new onboarding process and to adapt your corresponding infrastructure (if you have not already done so).
Migration is mandatory by 30 September 2026 for EEX Market Data (including settlement prices and open interest) on the sFTP server.
From 1 October 2026, no more data will be published via sFTP and EOD data will only be available in the EEX Group DataSource File Cloud.
How do you get connected to EEX Group DataSource File Cloud?
Getting connected to EEX Group DataSource File Cloud requires a new, one-time onboarding process via our EEX Group DataSource Hub. To begin, please visit the Hub and register for an account. It is essential that you register using the same email address that is associated with your EEX Group Webshop account, as this will link your existing permissions.
Once your registration is complete, the Hub will allow you to generate a personal Access Token required for authentication. This token is your new key for accessing all data on the File Cloud.
Please note that the File Cloud and our EEX Group DataSource REST API operate on a shared permissioning system. If you have an existing account on our DataSource Hub for the REST API, that same account and Access Token are also valid for your File Cloud subscriptions.
