We would like to inform you about amendments to the General Conditions applicable to the EEX Group DataSource Products (hereafter General Conditions) and our Remuneration structure. These changes will take effect for new subscriptions starting 01 November 2025, and for all existing contracts and subscriptions from 01 January 2026.
Amendments to the General Conditions
The new General Conditions – Version 8, and the new EEX price list (under Section 5.8, "EEX Group DataSource") can be found on the EEX website:
Main Changes General Conditions
In addition to various editorial changes, three main amendments were incorporated in the latest version 8 of the General Conditions:
- Usage of Licensed EEX Group DataSource Products for Artificial Intelligence (AI) (Section 3.2.3)
- Clarification on Simulation Environment (Section 5.5)
- Automatic Conversion of Trading Usage Licence upon termination of trading membership at EEX (Section 5.1.5)
