    Action Required - Upcoming EEX Group DataSource Products Usage Reporting

    EEX Group DataSource Circular

    Dear Customers,

    We would like to kindly inform you that the annual process for the EEX Group DataSource Product Usage Reporting will commence at the beginning of July 2025.  

    As part of our ongoing collaboration, this process helps to ensure transparency and accuracy in the use of our data products in alignment with Section 4.2.3 of our General Conditions, and also provides you with a platform for your feedback to help us optimise and improve our service to meet your individual needs. 

    What to expect:

    Starting in the beginning of July, you will receive a link to the EEX Group DataSource Products Usage Form, which must be completed by 31 August 2025. The form takes approximately 7 minutes to complete and includes: 

    • Your contact details
    • The EEX Group DataSource Products you use
    • Your specific usage case (with helpful examples provided)
    • In case of External Commercial Usage, the number of third parties or Affiliated Companies with whom you share EEX Market Data 

    Why your participation matters: 

    Reporting on your usage of EEX Group DataSource Products is mandatory for all customers and has been agreed upon through your existing license contract (DataSource Service Agreement) with us. 

    To help us ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask you to  

    • verify that the email address linked to your webshop account is correct, or
    • let us know if any updates are needed. 

    Keeping this information up to date helps to avoid potential issues such as missed reporting deadlines, communication difficulties, or even unintended additional fees. 

    Please note that not submitting the report may result in: 

    • An estimated remuneration being invoiced in advance
    • Additional fees to your last annual invoice
    • Temporary reduced provision of our products affecting your processes
