    EEX Customer Information - EEX introduces self-service User ID Maintenance in Member Section & T7 Trading System

    Dear Exchange Participant,

    The European Energy Exchange will be automating the process for requesting and managing T7 User IDs in both the Member Section and the T7 Trading System by the end of this year.

    The introduction of this new functionality will enable you to request a new T7 User ID via the Member Section and will allow you to setup and manage User IDs within the T7 Trading System independently, in real time, without the need for requests and confirmations by authorised persons or the provision of signed forms.

    To ensure you benefit from the new possibilities, you must be able to connect to the T7 Admin GUI, which can be configured in the Member Section (please find User Guide attached) and request the setup of a T7 Service Administrator (using the form attached) who will be responsible for setting up and managing the User IDs in the T7 Trading System. Please feel free to contact our Customer Connectivity Team for support with the configuration of the T7 Admin GUI and the Member Readiness Team for requesting the Service Administrator setup.
