European Energy Exchange AG (EEX AG) is a stock corporation registered according to German law. It is the company operating the European Energy Exchange (EEX) with regis-tered offices in Leipzig. EEX is supervised by the Saxon State Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour, Wilhelm-Buck-Straße 2,  D-01019 Dresden.

Dr. Jürgen Kroneberg is the chairman of the supervisory board of EEX AG. Dr. Günther Ra-bensteiner is the chairman of the Exchange Council of EEX.

Online contents

As a service provider EEX AG is only responsible for its own contents.
