| Your tasks | In this position you will have a double function in which you will support and fill in for the assistant to the chief executive officer and fulfil tasks of office management together with the office team. Specifically, you will have the following tasks - Filling in and assisting within the sphere of the executive office:
- Co-ordination and organisation of business trips and appointments
- Management correspondence and writing from dictation
- Preparation of presentations
- Central telephone exchange and information, receiving and looking after guests
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Booking business trips
- Administration of office equipment, auditing of accounts
